Notes on "Loan Type":   DSCR:  qualify off property rental income only - no personal income needed  |  "Full Doc":  W2, SS/pension, tax returns  |  "Alt Doc":  alternative proof of income incl bank statement gross deposits, 1099, assets  |  Bridge:   short-term (<2yr) loan typically based on asset value solely

Notes on Entities:  typically, any individual who owns 25% or more of the borrowing entity is required to be a guarantor of the loan. But, please review your structure with us and we will put a solution in place. For now, please note the total current number of members in the entity with >25% ownership
